Re: Different temps from different sources

Now the GPU..... I currently have a 9800XT (which might soon be an X800). Do any plugins exist to be able to pull the temperature straight out of the card or at least off of Rivetuner? I did a search and couldn't find one. I know I can just simply attach another tmep probe to the card, but the less...

www.lcdc.cc you need to have a look at the help sections and GPO sequencing, you need to set some events to trigger the GPOs to which your CCFLs are connected to turn on. I use the hot keys plugin as i have the mx222 and can switch my ccfls on and off via the keyboard. Your ccfls are turning on at s...

Quick question that might be important. I dont know this product but i assume its the same or very similar in respect of GPOs to the MX222? Is it not true that only GPOs 4,5,6 (low powered) have resistance and allow direct connection of LEDs as the resistance is already in place? and 1,2,3 have no r...

I've had a really good play using an LED array and LCDC sequencer. Various sequences for temperature increases! MO and LCDC really rock!

I use a tiny drop of super glue. You can easily remove the sensor with a small watch screwdriver without any damage, at a later date. You can also use heat prove tape which is quite strong, only thing i can't see anywhere you would be able to buy it.

The manual has been correct from the start, the correct way is to remove those jumpers, but 99.9% of the time it is not necessary. So just plugging in the floppy power cable will do the trick. http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=11462&highlight=#11462 Considering I desinged the unit...

Apparently you do not need to solder or remove anything. That was an error in the manual. If you have purchased recently and your manual describes removing the jumper 2 then i would hazard a guess MO have sent you and old manual? Just plug the unmodified floppy cable into the bacjk of the unit and y...

For the MX 431 you can have up to 6 temp probes, and for the MX 232 you can have 4 temp probes. In theory you can connect up to 256 probes to one connection by connecting the probes in serial. One wire devices each have an individual ID which will show up in LCDC to allow each sensor to be programm...

mtbeercan.. what wattage of pelt are you using to return those temperatures? (sorry about the thread hijack) I'm just about to setup a pelt (watercooled) using the MX222 to control a 120mm fan on a rad. My reservoir passivley cools the water and should stabilise the temperature alot due to the large...

Both!

They both support dallas one-wire devices. It's the LCDC software that adds support for the newer DS18B20 sensor. You'll need to download the latest version of LCDC.
