Thanks for the help...
After hitting F8 and selecting the option for allowing unsigned drivers, the drivers did install properly and the MX6 did display in all its glory! However, a reboot disabled the drivers once again... I then tried "bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON" and the drivers once again ...
