Yup, I had a feeling thats what it was. Now that I know I'll buy one to use.. I just stole this one from a old broken cordless phone.. :)

Well, I wired it up with that wall wart. 9 volt dc, 200ma.

Works fine, but I'm noticing a flicker on the display. The display, not the backlight..

The only way I can describe it is it reminds me of a monitor with a noticible refresh rate. You can see it scanning..

I assume it's the wall wart ...

Wow, I sure havn't been on this forum since I got this LCD from the bit-tech special years ago.. :)

Anyway, I've pulled my LK204-25V out of one of my systems and plan on using it externally to my linux firewall..

So my question is, even though the unit has the wide voltage option will it run off ...
