Yes, It detects correctly the lcd. The following data appears:

Speed : 19200
Display Type: GLK240128-25
Pcb Revision: 1.x

Yet, it has the same behaviour.

The revision printed in the lcd is R4.0. I guess the firmware still remains v8.3
