Hi Robb, Thank you for your email. Yes you are absolutely right that we should have shipped an instruction sheet with the GX product. With that being said, a co-worker and I created one to be sent however, there was obviously a mis-communication between myself and our production facility because tha...

Hi Niknak,

Which re-seller did you purchase from?

When a GX Typhoon is purchased (even when a re-seller purchases from us to re-sell), we only include the external USB cable and NOT the internal one as well.

Once I know who you purchased from I can contact them and correct them.

Thanks,
Clare

Dear ghstintheshell, If you are using the LK204-25, this product has never come with LCDC. We have never included LCDC in the serial PC Bay Insert modules. The only products we have ever included LCDC in are the MX series of displays. And we will continue to offer the MX series which includes LCDC u...

Hi Wolfenhex, I am waiting for an update from our engineering team on when this bracket will be released. At this time we have had to reject several versions because they were not exactly to spec as we require. Hence why this release has been delayed. We finish a sample, want to release, and then fi...

Hi kk6265, Thank you for contacting Matrix Orbital. I only know of one of my customers that orders the MOS-AV202C-NT3SJ is those quantities and I do not recall ever being asked any questions about this display because I would definitely have responded. For the increase in failures, are you talking a...

Hummm, as I was thinking more about this, 100,000 hours is the half life for the yellow/green backlight however, it may be lower for the tri-color backlight. A white LED backlight has a half life of 20,000 hours. The tri-color backlight has a red, green and blue LED backlight so it is hard to say wh...

Hey,

MTBF, this is not a number we supply. For us it is very subjective.

We live by the half life of the weakess part of the LCD display which is 100,000 hours for the backlight.

Thanks!
