http://www.lcdc.cc/help/screenbuilder.htm#Screens build a screen then set an event as the welcome screen? (me thinks). If your talking about the MO splash screen, i'm not sure if you can remove this? :eyebrow: its set as a config .lcdc file somewhere. But MO rocks so you have to give the company som...

Ok to be sure I got this right... The goal: * power the unit from the floppy cable (not the USB power) * Instant power on to the GPO's * 12volt GPO's To accomplish this, I need to remove the resistor on jumper 1 and jumper 2? Also make sure the black jumper is on the leftmost shunts? NO! definitely...

The only reason i can think that would cause this are that the particular type of inverters you are using to power your CCFLs require more current? i have 12 CCFLs on 2 MX222s and they are all very bright indeed so i cant really offer any other resolution other than trying a different brand of CCFL ...

Yes, but what has to be done to allow connected fans to switch on when the power is switched on? rather than the MO unit after the OS boots? I was lead to believe (by instructon from the manual else i read it wrong) that what i have just described was the way to do this? :eyebrow: DOH! ummm... i rem...

If its new its almost definitely rev 1.4 so it should have fan type headers for attaching devices to the High powered GPO. You need to remove Jumper 2 to allow power from an unmodified floppy cable. http://www.ardmore.co.uk/eBay/jumper2.jpg In this image you can see the HP GPOs as red headers and th...

What to get????
I've just bought a new Lian Li V1000 Alu case and dont know which MO screen to go for? the theme will be 'blue UV' in colour so a VFD with a blue Filter or a Graphic LCD? I definitely want a 'bare' four line display, probably with 4 GPOs, temp probe connections and communication over USB. I like the...

Could 3 CCFL inverters run off one High powered GPO?
Quick question to one of the MO guys.
Could I safely connect 2, possibly three, CCFL inverters (powering 6 CCFL tubes) off one high powered GPO?
Specification of Inverter
Input Voltage : DC 12 V
Output Current : 5 mA
Specification of CCFL
Voltage: 570

to follow up, I was trying to hook up to my MX221 GPOs for lighting, and thought (due to another thread here) that 3pin fan plugs would work, but they don't! The GPOs on the MX221 are very close together vertically, and 3pin fan plug simply won't fit between them...what have other people here used ...
