So, my question: When hooking CCFls up to a GPO- 1.) hook the inverter up to a High Power GPO right? yes 2.) the MO will NOT act as the inverter? I meant plug not header (my bad) but, yes, that is what i'm talking about.

Sounds like your motherboard usb header is faulty, normally on most new boards there are at least two USB internal headers have you tried it on both? what model of MoBo have you?

The best way to fix it, is to get a blank USB header and remove the black single headers on the end of the internal USB cable. Slide them into the USB header (obviously in the correct orientation!). You can also add one other usb device to this header as well. It won't budge then!
