MOS-AL202C Issues

Hi All
I have my unit wired correctly. The issue i'm having is I altered a setting using the 'Display Tuner' program on your website, and now for some reason it does not respond to text from a terminal.
I am still able alter all the settings using the program, just unable to see my txt now. Is there anyway to restore the unit to factory default / reload a new memory file/wipe the memory ?
When i do a 'send text' using the display tuner program, get no output. I wondered if the font had disapeared, but it still displays my custom welcome screen.
