Any chance I could get something like this?

4064 VFD (or LCD with decent inversion. size is approximate)
GRAPHIC (not alphanumeric)
AT Keyboard
GPO's if possible
high speed (115Kbps)
Serial, with standard MO controller functions

Name the price. Is it possible? Is this a rediculous request? I know the parts exist, is there any chance your techie gurus could whip up a custom setup for me?
Anyone looking for the same, please speak up!!!
