Which one is best for me?

Post by Wish »

Howdy,

I am unsure which MO display I should get and could use some advice.

I am looking for a single drive bay display that has automatic fan speed adjustment based on temperature.

Thanks for any help.

Wish,

There are a few options you can take here. If you can survive with USB Communication then the choices are much easier. You can choose almost anything in our MX Series. These come in either 5 1/4' bays (20 characters by 2 lines) or in 10 1/2" bays (4 lines by 20 characters). All of the MX Seires displays can be hooked up via USB either internally or externally. There is also a set of Serial Displays that are set up with PC Bays as well, but they will be our higher end Serial Displays, not the MOS Series.

MX 2 Series: http://www.matrixorbital.com/index.php? ... mx2-series
MX 4 Series: http://www.matrixorbital.com/index.php? ... mx4-series
MX 6 Series: http://www.matrixorbital.com/index.php? ... mx6-series

If you would like to stick to the MOS Series (Serial Communication) then you will have to purchase an MOS display along with a PC Bay Insert, and proper communication wires.

MOS Series: http://www.matrixorbital.com/index.php? ... acter-lcds
PC Bay Inserts: http://www.matrixorbital.com/index.php? ... s-mounting

If you need further help, please let us know.

Thank you for your response.

One question though: Do you mean that all of the displays also work as an automatic fan controller?

If not, I'll prolly get one anyway and use SpeedFan or something :D

Thanks again for the response.
