mx2 lcd not flat but bent/wavy

sorry to be a pain in these forums but as I am looking at these two units that are the same color I notice my new mx2 units lcd "strip" or what ever the test is on etc is not flat. you cant really tell if you are in front of it but if you are at the side or you are above it you can really tell that the middle of it seems to be sticking close to you and the left adn right sides of it are sticking on the back and its a little wavy. I trust you guys can understand what i mean since you have probably seen this before. my mx4 units is flat as a pancake in comparison. althought the led light is another story

I was wondering if this is fixable and what the warrantys are and do you need a reciept for the warranty?
