Will you be releasing linux drivers for this device anytime soon.I would like to use this with openelec xbmc.

Our drivers are Linux compatible. But you will need to install them manually. Here is a link an appnote with details of how to do so:

I can't find any linux drivers for the gx series lcd

Hello Andmc,

A GX driver was added to the Lcd4Linux project, however, I am having trouble accessing their site today. You can find more info in this post.
