Call startup screen when PC powers off

I have a LK204-7T LCD panel which I've set a startup screen using the '2.2 Change the Start Up Screen' described in the manual.
When I power off the PC I want the LCD panel to display the startup message, instead it gets stuck on whatever is last shown in the panel.
How do I make it show the startup screen instead?

Thank you for posting on the forum.

I wonder if you please give Boot Logo a try:

First configure the Serial Port; then the Display Size (4x20).
Make your changes - write what you want for your start up screen; edit the custom characters if desired.
You will see that your changes are applied on the screen. Click Write to Display.

Cycle power on the display and your startup screen should be displayed.
