Graphical system monitor using GLK12232-25-SM

While I am waiting a new unit ( because the unit has a stablility issue),
I am developping a software that shows system status. Now it is working.

One problem is: At the end of program, it could not turn off the flow control, or clear screen. It works using MS debugger, but not work without.
Any experience? I am using MS VC++ and serio comm tool.
