Do you have any other USB drivers installed? I was thinking there may be another usb driver that is conflicting with the Matrix Orbital driver.

Only for my MX1000.
But unplugging that doesn't change anything.
Its a clean install of x64 windows.

Would you be able to test out the unit on another system, so you can try to recreate the situation?
