Hi,

Sorry to reserect this old thread, but I have put these problems on hold over the last few months. I am now looking to finally tackle this once and for all! Your last email sugested I return the unit as it may have a possible fault, or require a flash update. I am going to be in canada for 3weeks from 22Aug, in Toronto, so I though I could mail you my unit once there for the fix? Will you be able to return it to me within 3weeks to save me the international shipping?

Hi McGreggor,

As long as I can get the unit quickly, I'll be able to send the unit back quickly.
Three weeks will be plenty of time for one unit.

Just give me an email if you want to get this unit resolved.
