faulty display, request help from MO staff

hi, i just bought my second display, and i believe its defective. it isnt detected by my computer (OS is WinXP), and the backlight comes on but the words are very very dim. (words meaning the deafult display when you plug it in) i sent an email to the support address but havent gotten a response. my email is sublynx@aol.com. i dont want to return the product for a refund i just would like a RMA number for an exchange. thank you. brent

Hello...

When the unit is powered up, can you check under your device manager and see what comes up under the Ports (COM and LPT) and the Universal Serial Bus Controller sections.
