I like it, but I hate the "picofab" text and the telephone number on it. Is there a way to cut it off the keypad?

ok, I looked into it and here is the scoop.

We buy their pre-made keypads because we do not offer a complete keypad solution and the keypad is intended for R&D, not as a complete product. If a company does want a keypad, they will want different colors, layout, a different number of keys and so on. Making it very difficult to provide something every one would like.

Straight from the production manager...

At http://www.rs-components.com
you can get a keypad without the picofab logo... the partnumber for 4x4 is: 331-269 or you can search for "membrane keypad"

Darn! That rs-components.com doesn't seem to have a US distributer (unless I am overlooking it...)

I think your are right there... I dont know wether http://www.farnell.com have them or not...
Update: They do have them... but they are rather pricy compared to the others. But they seem to have some sort of american distributor...
