Auto starting LCDC display at boot problems

Post by Glenn_L »

I can launch my display file manually, I have 'load at startup' up enabled, I have the display file selected, but LCDC won't start the display automatically. The program launches fine and goes to the tool tray. I had it working a long time ago on another system, but now it just does not seem to work.

Thanks,
Glenn

LCDC will startup in whatever mode it is in when shut down. EG if you press "Start" then shutdown or EXIT LCDC, when you next start LCDC (or you PC) it will auto run.

The problem is not with auto loading LCDC, but with auto starting the display. I'm running XP pro if that has anything to do with it.

Please read me post again, I never mentioned about LCDC start, just talking about the start button status... which (I'll repeat) will be in the same state as it was when you shut down lcdc.

I did try what you had suggested but the display does not start up again after shutting down. Maybe there is a registry setting that does the same thing?
