LK202-24-USB Rev 1.4 (MX212) - Advanced GPO 1 Shorted

Hi..

I have GPO 2 & 3 working fine. But I cannot get any fan to work on GPO1.

I measured the volts from each of the GPO's,
GPO 2 & 3 supply a steady 12V
GPO 1 supplies 12V when the PWM is 0, but the volts drop as I increase the PWM, at PWM = 100 im getting about 7V.
If I dont set the PWM and just turn the GPO on, volts drop from 12 directly to 7 as the display starts.

**************** update **************

My friends taken a look, and tells me I've probably shorted it out, damn :)
Is there anyway to get a replacement transistor ?

Hello, I have similar problem with MX200 (aka LK202-24-USB Rev 1.4) if you will, you can read more here and here. However as you'll be reading, I'm still awaiting another response from M.O.H.Q. So maybe I was helpful.

OK, we are getting to the bottom of this, the first link VK202-24-USB is a unrelated problem, we have done firmware updates and are testing them right now... we will most likely be sending out replacement displays (bare units as I'm sure most of you are inteligent enough to swap a display out with out a three page manual)... I'll keep you informed as to the developments here... sorry for the delay... but we'll get it all sorted out...

OK, thank You Henry, You have probably a lot of work, so once more thanx for the reply.
Now, if I understand it cleary and well, this:

OK, we are getting to the bottom of this, we have done firmware updates and are testing them right now... we will most likely be sending out replacement displays (bare units as I'm sure most of you are inteligent enough to swap a display out with out a three page manual)... I'll keep you informed as to the developments here... sorry for the delay... but we'll get it all sorted out ...

part of Your message is related to problems with the LK202-24-USB Rev 1.4 so it is for me too.
And this part:

the first link VK202-24-USB is a unrelated problem

is related to problems with the VK202-24-USB
and it's not for me.

It's correct?!?
