Hello, you may want to purchase an evaluation unit (see details below) to test your paper theory. Unless another customer has this unit is kindly enough to run some test and evaluate the display/paper for you.
EVALUATIONS (details)
Matrix Orbital understands the need to test your product properly before going into production. That is why we give companies the choice to do an evaluation on any of our products. We want you to be comfortable in the product you choose. Engineers and developers can take up to a maximum of three months to test our product. We will also supply you with all the technical data we have at our disposal. If after the three months you decide our product is not what you are looking for, simply return the unit to us. We also allow you to evaluate a maximum of two (2) products at once in case you are unsure which product will work for you.
Evaluations are simple to come by with the use of our e-commerce site. Simply purchase the product on line with a credit card. Once you have received conformation through Pay Systems, e-mail us your transaction number, name, company name, and contact number. If after three months you decide to send the product(s) back we will refund your money less the shipping charge and a five (5) percent Pay Systems charge.
Evaluations being returned to Matrix Orbital must be in proper working order and free from the following defects:
- Unwarranted mechanical stress applied to the LCD.
- Broken, Fractured, or Scratched LCD face.
- LCD polarizer damaged or modified in any way.
- PCB eyelets and/or conductors damaged.
- PCB altered by drilling, grinding, engraving (name, initials, symbols), or an application of a coating of any kind unless Matrix Orbital gives its expressive permission.
- Soldering or modifying to the bezel.
Evaluations must be shipped back to Matrix Orbital by air to avoid any custom
charges. Please call technical support at (403)229-2737 ex 4# or e-mail us at

hassle free as possible.
