Matrix Orbital Corp

I have a question if anyone is interested in helping me with. I ordered this http://www.coolerguys.com/840556059004.html and it has a 4 pin connector on it and I do not know where to attach it. On the 4 pin connector it says: +5VDC Data- Data+ GND.
My motherboard is the Asus p4c800-deluxe and here is a picture of it.
