There is some type of problems that accurate from LK202-24 USB.
I have create a software with this lcd component it work fine.

1. But for curtain pc that i had install there is a problems where that pc cannot boot (stuck before starting windows) if i plugged in the lcd component. This is happen each time i wannted to restart that pc. So if i unplugged it, it wont stuck.

2. Does this lcd can on the backlight for 24 hours. Because my program actually on the backlight 24 hours non stop. But there is some units where just after a couple of month the backlight went off and cannot be on no more.

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from your computer. You should remove it from your registry too. The link at http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1016 will show you how to uninstall the driver from your registry. Try this and see if your computer still freezes.
