Just got my MX5

Hi,
I just received my new MX5 this week and managed to squeeze it into my Athenatech
A100BB case. It took some work, but it looks pretty good. I'm really impressed by
how clear the text is, especially compared to my previous 2x20 LCD display.
I've got two suggestions/comments.
1. The quick startup instructions on the mini-CD makes no mention of hooking up the
floppy power cable. I'm used to USB devices being powered by the USB cable, so
I didn't hook up the floppy cable at first. It didn't take me long to figure out what the
problem was, but you could have saved me a second of pain...
2. The HTPC where I'm using this display is sitting in my entertainment centre, maybe
a half foot off the ground. Because I'm not viewing the display straight on, the top
line of the display is pretty much completely hidden by the front panel. I need to
either bring the display closer to the front-panel, or cut away a bit of the front panel.
Is it OK to tighten the screws connecting the circuit board to the front panel so that the
display is flush with the front panel?
Otherwise, it's looking good. I've got it working with Foobar2000 and Girder, displaying
my information on the current playing track. I'll have weather info and menus
setup in a few days, using the front panel buttons.
