MX212 Problem

About four months ago I bought an MX212 from FrozenCPU.com. It has worked great up until a couple days ago. When I started up my computer, the display no longer initialized. I though tit was a driver problem, so I hooked it up to another one of my computers and installed the drivers. The display was detected, but it didn't turn on, and some of the blocks on the screen were on, and some were off. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks.
