LCDC continuable exception

I just started to get this message when LCDC first tries to start:
LCDC raised continuable exception and still will continue operating.
Exception was: '$/0' is not a valid interger value.
I also get it when I try to save a plug-in selection.
The auto detect in LCDC passed, so it doesn't look like a communication problem with my MX2.
Any suggestions?

Hi sheetssj,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
Are you using an internal or external usb cable?

sheetssj,
You may have an electrical noise problem. Although the cable is shielded, it isn't attached to earth ground, so the noise reduction isn't at maximum capacity, so you can possibly experience some interference. Try routing the cable as close to the case as possible. Or you can also pierce the shielding and attached it to the case.
Try these suggestions, and let me know how it works out for you.

Well I don't think it was a noise problem, after tracing the USB cable to where it was plugged in (BTW, I was mistaken, I have an external connection), I tried rebooting without the MX plugged in. Since after reboot I was still getting the same error message, I tried reinstalling the LDCD software. That seems to have fixed the error, as everything is working fine (so far).
Thanks for you help.
