Matrix Orbital Corp

I'm having a problem with it which i have no idea why or how it happened: when i power it up the backlight goes on and the screen is filled with pixels (it used to display the standard splash-screen), and i can't get any contact with it in any software. I've checked the cables several times and tried another comport but that doesn't help. It's powered from a molex at 5v so i don't think that's the problem.

place a jumper on pin 5 and 6 of the keypad. The power up the display, take the jumper off. Now go and open up MOGD and try talking to the LCD. You will be running at 19.2K. Then try changing the contrast and see if you have communication.

i already tried that without any luck.

i tried that again and it worked this time. so all is good now
