Fan Controls - How do you do it?

Sorry people, I am new to this LCDC stuff and I have no clue what I am doing. I have got the MX630, got 3 fans hooked up. Can someone walk me through how to do the screen settings and event settings so I can actually get the fans to turn off when I don't need them and turn on when I need them. I was really looking for this function on the MX630. A step by step procedure would help greatly, thanx.
