LCD SCREEN PROBLEM

hey . i got this 19 inch cmv lcd screen and it has this major redish mark down the middle screen and the top left . do u guys have aclue whats going on and how much to repair ... i live in australia if thaty helps. . ?

And from the looks of it, it's either possesed by Satan, or the LCD is cracked...
