Im not sure if this is a software or hardware issue but after powering up a new MX6, the bottem line of the text is missing? The lower line of text is fine?

Is this problem persistent in every power cycle? Can you send text continually? Does the unit it wrap and scroll the text?

Also, is it possible for you to post a picture of the display? I am not sure with "bottom line of the text missing and the lower line of text is fine".

I called Matrix Orbital last week and talked to one of the people there and they indicated some of the older batch of displays had problems and I may have gotten one of them be mistake. Two days later, a replacement arrived at no charge, and the new display is working perfectly. I will be purchasing more of your products in the future, and would like to say your product support is exceptional. Thanks from Alaska.
