GLK24064-25 Wide voltage contrast and text issue

One of my GLK24064-25 Wide voltage displays is acting rather wierd.
Backlight on-off works.
The display is allmost completely dark, and i cannot change the contrast.
"Draw Image (calculated)" with mogd.exe shows the image (allthough very dark due to contrast failure). Text does not show anything.
I have reset filesystem and uploaded fonts.
This particular display have allways been this way (got it from a friend), while my other displays ordered at the same time a few years back still works nice.
Any ideas?
