Mechanical front panel template for GLK19264-7T-1U-WB

I just purchased the above display and now I need to mount it to a front panel. I have the MO version of the mechanical drawing for the display itself but was wondering if there exists a mechanical drawing or template for a panel cutout for this display. The keypad area of the drawing is not detailed enough for our CNC operator to design a pattern.
Thanks.

Hi bwhiten,

Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear that you have not been able to find mechanical drawings detailed enough for your design, I have contacted the designer for our panels and hope to find a suitable drawing for you. I'll let you know as soon as I have found more information on the GLK19264-7T-1U-WB mechanical drawing.

Hang in there,

Troy

Hi bwhiten,

The designer of our panels has managed to dig up this mechanical drawing of one of our GLK19264 face plates which I have attached to this post. Hopefully this will contain the detail you require.

Good luck with the front panel design,

Troy

Thanks and new question.

Thanks Clark. I will take a look at it. For some reason I didn't get an email stating you had responded and I just checked back today.
Another question on the same display, the manual states 5V power but when I received the display a sticker was placed across the power/comm header that states: CAUTION 7-15V Power Only! Which is it?

I mean Troy........

Hi bwhiten,

No worries, none taken. Sorry about the confusion on the 4-pin header, what the manual states as 5v power is correct.
Some modules that are available with an extended votlage range come with that sticker, your display, however, does not even have that option.
This is our mistake, I apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

Thanks,

Clark

Thanks for the clarification. I just didn't want to destroy the display before getting started. The cutout for the front panel looks like it will be very helpful. The CNC programmer is entering the data now.

Hi bwhiten,

Great to hear that you are proceeding with your design, I can definitely understand why you would want some clarification on those voltage levels.

Good luck on the design, and keep us posted,

Troy
