Hi RAKS,
Thanks for your question, sorry to hear that you have been having a little trouble getting the drivers up and running for your LK204USB display. If your display is powered, there is a very good chance that the drivers have been installed automatically. You can test this by using the autodetect function in
uProject. Once successfully connected to your device, you can play around with some of the settings and take your display for a test drive.
The drivers required are usually installed automatically, but in some cases, they may have to be added manually. To begin this process go to our
website, and download the version 2.02 drivers to your computer, in a place that you can find them again. Next, unzip the file that you have downloaded to a folder of the same name. Now you're ready for the install. To preform a manual installation, right click the "i" symbol beside the USB driver in your device manager. Next select "update driver" and point the wizard to the folder and select one of the two files displayed. Install this driver, then complete the same process for the second file. Once this entire process is complete your drivers should be installed properly, allowing you to experience all the features of your display.
Hopefully I've answered most of your questions; if I can get you anything else to help you explore all the awesomeness of your display, just let me know.
Thanks,
Troy

Thanks for such prompt reply. I am in fact connected via USb & running. What doesn't seem to work is the 'auto-detect' feature within LCDC - I need to read those notes. Can use utility you suggest to find correct settings. Thanks
I realize that this products offers limitless configurations & I'll work at that.
Would you suggest what s/w may provide newbie the readings similar to MBM since my Asus is not listed/supported.
I'll try work thru notes/faq's/manauls for most of my answers
Thanks again

Hi RAKS,
Good to hear that your LK204USB is up and running! Unfortunately, LCDC is a third party program, and I cannot give you the same level of support for it as I can for your display itself. I don't know what kind of software you can use to grab readings from your motherboard, but you can probably talk to Mat-d-Rat,
Matthew@dps.uk.com, over at LCDC to ask what plugin would work best. If there's anything else you need a little help with in the future, just post it here, and I'll do my best to get you pointed in the right direction,
Thanks,
Troy
