Hi Tommaso,

I understand that your GLK19264-7T-1U is displaying as only white. It looks like you've tried the manual override, which is always the first thing to do, and has given me a pretty good idea of the problem.

I am going to assume that the unit is a white on blue version, and that the contrast has been been unknowingly turned up and saved. This resides in a different section of memory than the fonts and bitmaps, so it has not been effected by the memory wipe.

To remedy the situation, please place the unit in manual override mode again, and connect to MOGD#. This time, even though the contrast is correct, use the slider bar in the configure defaults tab to set it to a desirable level, usually somewhere in the middle. This will save the contrast to a readable level, and should get rid of that white screen on start up.
