GX Typhoon Died

Purchased my GX Typhoon back at the beginning of July, and it has been working fine. This morning, however, it is dead, not showing up in device manager, no lights. Moving it to another computer has the same results, no lights, windows does not see it. The USB port is was connected to still works, so it definitely appears that the display died. Who do I contact to get an RMA number?

Sorry to hear that GX has failed all of a sudden. Please send an email to support@matrixorbital.ca so we can get you the forms to start an RMA.
