Hi,

I have tried searching the forums for a solution but am unable to find what I need so I am hoping someone here can help.

First things first, the display works, on my laptop (Vista 32 home premium) and was up and running first time with no hiccups. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for my main system (Vista 64 ultimate). The following is an extract from the drivercore installation log. There are no messages while trying to install the drivers and once completed the display shows the message 'awaiting applications'.

Does anyone have any possible suggestions?

Thank you

Go to the device manager, right click the GX display and when asked for drivers point to the matrix orbital folder in program files. Should do the trick

Be sure to point it to the Drivers sub folder or have the 'search subdirectories' checkbox checked.

it's definitely found the drivers, I tried again just to be sure but was given the 'your drivers are already up to date' message

Edit: forgot to mention I do have a G15 although I am only using logitech drivers to run it, don;t know if this is relevant

Does the device have a yellow exlamation mark? If not you should be good to go.
