I want to install an LCD display to my computer to display information on my PC, but I really don't want to add a keypad to it or install any buttons or switches. From the knowledge that I have been able to gather from this forum, the biggest function of a keypad/button/switch is to control objects like fans, lights, and some software features (like WinAmp). I guess my questions are:
1. What kind of features will I really be loosing out on by not having a keypad?
2. What kind of features will I be able to have by just using the LCD and software?
3. Can I control information on the LCD as I'm using apps (eg. "ADOBE PHOTOSHOP" is displayed on the screen when I'm running the application)?
Thanx in advance.
