Opensource Java API for GLK19264-7T-1U

We've opensourced a Java API that we developed for use with the GLK19264-7T-1U model. We tried to make it general enough that it could be used with other Matrix Orbital model LCDs, but it has not been tested with any others. Hopefully others here will find the api useful, and would be willing to refine and/or expand on the effort. You can find it at github.com/daveosborne66/lcd
