I have a GTT29A and display backlight works fine. LED indicators work fine. The only thing I can't get working is keypad illumination. I'm initializing like this:
gtt_set_auto_backlight(>t, 9);
gtt_set_keypad_backlight_time(>t, 0);
...and I'm setting brightness light this:
gtt_set_backlight(>t, 255);
gtt_set_keypad_brightness(>t, 255);
Is there anything I'm missing?

Re: GTT29A keypad illumination isn't working
Hello Jamesh,
Thank you for contacting Matrix Orbital technical support.
Your code looks good; it would keep the keypad backlight brightness to max 255 (which is the default setting).
Can you tell me what is not working?
Thank you,
Raquel

The keypad won't illuminate so it's hard to see in the dark. It has never lit from the first time I powered it up until now.
Re: GTT29A keypad illumination isn't working
Hello Jamesh,
The keypad on the GTT29A is default on; perhaps the LEDs on the keypad are broken?
Do you have the serial number on your GTT29A?
Thank you,
Raquel
