I have a few questions:
1. How long is the 4BR Serial Cable?
2. On this unit is it okay to use the 5mm LED's?
The reason I need to know how long the 4BR Serial cable is, is I have mod my case and want to be able to hide the 4BR Serial Cable so it can't be seen from the outside.
I see the BLK202a-WB-$BR-BK is on back order until after Sept 2, 2002.
Will order direct from MO when it is off back order as you seem to have the best price on the unit.
To bad I can't get the silver bay as I have a Lian-li Case, so I will go with black.

1. The -4BR cable is 3-4ft long and the serial cable is 1ft long.
2. Sure, as long as they don't draw more then 20mA at +5V
The units should be in today...

Thanks for the reply 3-4 ft long is just right. This will allow me to route the cable out of site. I heard you maybe getting the Aluminum Face Plates soon.
One more question as I am new to LCD's.
I have a Dual Voltage 6 Port Baybus can I hook the BLK202A-WB-4BR to it?
To use one of the switches to power the LCD on/off?
The Voltage level on the Baybus is: Adjustable from 7-9V -12V.

The aluminum face plates will not have a keypad on it though... and I'm not sure about the GPO/Bay bus question you had...

Thanks Henry.
I am sure I will be needing a little help until I get use to using the software and hardware.
I received email this afternoon from UPS that order has been shipped.
Oh! by the way how do I get the Free Stuff?
I will be registering LCDC upon receipt of Hardware and a test.

Well I received the unit this morning and it does look good (very well put together).
I will install over the weekend as I have to go out and purchase some LED's that I want to use and drill a few holes in a 3.5" bay face plate to install them.
As I want to hook everyting up at one time and not have to go back in again.
Fast shipping MO
