A good 1 here....the display on my BVK202a has gone all screwy...all garbage has come up on it, it will not go away, even after booting the PC. Tried all the tricks that have been mentioned on the forum and still no joy. My system is to the spec that is required by the display unit.

It was working for 2 days, then all this happened.

Any more ideas please

Your help is much appreciated

I'm guessing you did the general reset (jumper on pins?) and chceked the baud rate and everything? I'd mail MO then...

I'm not here 24/7... I do have a life once in a while.

Do a manual over ride and then use this program to set everything back. Then try using Alpha Demo or MOGD to talk to the display.

Can you perform a manual override:

1. Turn off the display
2. Put a jumper on pins 5 and 6 of the keypad connector (C5 and R1).
3. Power up the display. The baud rate is now set to 19,200.
4. Remove the jumper and change the RS-232 port settings to the desired baud rate.
5. Turn off the display.
6. Power up the display.

Try using this software to perform the following procedures. http://www.matrixorbital.com/download/DisplayTuner.exe
