Matrix Orbital Corp

Just got my first lcd and can't get any communication with it, tried the cable that came with it and a diffrent one and got nothing. I don't think I've ever tried the serial ports on this computer but I would think that they work.

What software did you use to communicate with the unit or did you use Hyperterminal?
