Hi

Can you tell me which jumper I have to connect to enable power to pin-9?. There is no mention in the manual, but shows in the 2041, and the LK204-25PC manuals, but they are in different places. Can you tell me or show me where it is on the LK204-25.

Thanks

Just below the DB9 you will find a jumper pad. This is for power up, via the DB9. Let me know if you can find it!

Is this the one below and right of the DB9?, about level with the fixing hole for the DB9, and also parallel with what looks like a diode?

Cheers

Yes, that's the one... bottom right of the DB-9 connector. I'll get that fixed up in the manual ASAP, thanks for the heads up...

I have an LK202-25. When I short the jumper near the DB9, the unit powers up, but the backlight still doesn't work. I can run a wire from there and jumper over the diode between the power connector & the internal power bus, then it works. Is this safe to do?

BTW, there's no mention of the jumper in the manual for the LK202-25, either.

you wil have to short the diode to get the backlight going. And yes, I know it's not in there, next version of the manual (coming soon)
