Matrix Orbital LK204-25-WB & GPO with a Thermaltake Cool

Just like to introduce myself as this is my first post.
I have just purchased the above lcd display and would like to know i i can connect the led's on the thermal take cool mod fan grill to the gpo's
Currently the cool mod is connected to the power & hd led's on my mb, but i would like to change these to possible options such as email notification, critical temp's etc.
If anyone can help pleeeease let me know.
