I have a 5V display.
The pad I soldered is located in the bottom left corner of the DB9 when looking at it.

VK202-25: Lifetime and power on command ?
Two questions in the same topic:
- What is the lifetime of the VK202-25 display?
- Can I send the "Display On" command (254 66) very "often" (~100 times with 100ms between each) with no damage on the display?

VK202-25: Direct TTL communication
Dear All,
I'm using a micro-controller (TTL levels) to write on my VFD display.
Is there a way to directly wire the TTL signal to the display without performing a TTL->RS232 conversion before ?
