Can someone please help me!

Just installed my MX2, but I cant get it to work. I have definately got the drivers installed, but when I use LCDC and run the auto setup I get a message saying that 'com4 port is in use, unable to access'
How can I get this to work? Does antivirus software stop it from working or anything? Im using ...
