Tom sorry to waste your time, I'm a complete idiot. I was attemping to see the RPM's before I "Started Display" I was in the screen builder at the time. Once I started the display all worked fine....Tom wrote:Does your fan have 3 or 2 wires?

Reading Fan RPM
Ok so I have my LCD installed, got the USB cable plugged in, got the floppy power plugged in. Also, I have 2 80mm fans plugged in and 3 temp probes. I can get temp readings from the temp probes, but when I try to read the fan RPM in LCDC all I get is NYR for both fans... Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for the info Tom, I'm interested in making a custom keypad to use with the MO display, and putting the switches in the original printer button locations. Could you point me in the direction of a place where I could buy switches that will create the short between the row and column?
Thanks
Jim

MO display for case mod questions
Hello good people, I've been reading over the forums and browsing on-line manuals and reviews for the Matrix Orbital LCD displays. I intend to use a Matrix Orbital display for first case mod and have a few questions on picking the best one for my situation.
