To all you knowedgeable MO users - I just received a MX212 - love it working great. How do I check the firmware and PCB revisions ??
Many of the Forum Posts refer to specific firmware or PCB revsions (Rev 1.4 for example) - How do I check the version #'s for the product I have.
LCD Tester shows Module Type 54, Version # 33, Module # 54.
By the way - I think the 1 wire interface is great, currently have 2 temp probs connected and am in the process of connecting another 5 DS1920 Temp Prob I got from Dallas Semi last year - I have wanted to setup a temp monitoring station in my house for the past year but did not have an 1-wire interface and Software to play with

From the manual:
Read Firmware Version Number
Hex: FE 36
Decimal: 254 54
ASCII: 254 '6'
This will return a single value. If you look at in hexadcimal it will give you the version number. For example, if you get back 0x21 that means it is version 2.1. The PCB version is printed right on the PC. In the case of the MX2/3 series it is directly to the left of the USB at the top of the board. It should say something like
