Mounting Question

I am mounting a MX414 in a C-3 full tower acrylic case. The acrylic is 1/4" thick and the screws are too short. The longer screws supplied with the C-3 case are larger than the tapped screw holes in the MX414. What size screw is sent with the MX414 so I can try to find some about 1/4" longer? My other option is to drill and tap for the larger screws or drill the tapped holes larger and nut and bolt them but that would surely void the warranty.

The screws we use for the MX414 are 4-40 1/2" screws.
