Sorry to reserect this old thread, but I have put these problems on hold over the last few months. I am now looking to finally tackle this once and for all! Your last email sugested I return the unit as it may have a possible fault, or require a flash update. I am going to be in canada for 3weeks from 22Aug, in Toronto, so I though I could mail you my unit once there for the fix? Will you be able to return it to me within 3weeks to save me the international shipping?
